CANCELLATION POLICY

Luxe Aesthetics Cancellation Policy We value your time and strive to provide the best experience for every client. To ensure fairness and availability for all guests, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. Full service charges will still apply. Deposits Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your service total and may be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Card on File A valid card may be required to hold your appointment. By booking, you authorize Luxe Aesthetics to charge applicable fees in accordance with this policy.
